Parking

Our attached parking lot sits on the corner of Sixth and Main. Enter our lot on Main at the first left after the stoplight at Sixth. The entrance to BeautyRoad (85 W. 6th St) is at the top left side of the parking lot as you go up the side walk. Ignore the parking signs that you see labeled in front of the parking spaces in our lot. Those are not active during our business hours and therefore will not work for parking payment. When you park in our parking lot, you will use our parking validation found inside (3hrs). This does not apply to other attached parking lots you see. Please make sure you are in our parking lot. Bring your license plate number inside and we will validate your parking before your appointment begins. After your first visit to BeautyRoad it is your responsibility to validate parking when you arrive for your appointment. If you get a ticket in our lot for failure to validate your parking, BeautyRoad is not responsible for those fees. There is plenty of free street parking along Liberty St. and a parking deck across from 6th and Vine if our lot is full.

Late Arrivals

All appointments are booked in a timely manner and do not provide additional time to accommodate for late arrivals. We kindly ask that you consider this when choosing your appointment time.  Please account for traffic and parking to ensure that you make it to your scheduled appointment on time.  We understand that unexpected life events can happen and therefore do our best to work with you and use the remaining appointment time to complete your service. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you run the risk of having to reschedule your appointment to prevent overlapping the appointment after you. In that scenario you will be charged the cancellation fee. Repetitive behavior will result in a loss of privileges to book future services with BeautyRoad.

Cell Phone Use

We ask that you arrive with all devices silenced during your time at BeautyRoad. Relaxation is our top priority and we would like to properly spoil you while you take a little break from responsibility. We work best when we can focus and provide the best quality service for our guests. We understand that it is sometimes hard to completely slip away from life, and for those moments we can make an exception. We do ask that you handle all work related business before or after your appointment time.

Cancellations

To avoid fees, we ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time.  You can do this through the online booking system or by simply calling the spa directly. Our cancellation fees go directly to the artist to compensate them for their time and lost wages. These fees are non negotiable. Declining or refusing to pay the cancellation fee will result in a loss of privileges to book future services with BeautyRoad. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 48 hours before your appointment time, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total service cost. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours before your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of the total service cost. All fees need to be paid before you are able to rebook your appointment.


Appointment Prep

If this is your first appointment with BeautyRoad, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork for your Esthetician. You will need to do this for every new service you book to ensure that we have the proper paperwork on file for you. We ask that you come to your appointments with a clean face. It takes valuable time away from your artist and the appointment slot when your artist has to spend time cleansing off makeup to prep the skin. This will insure that BeautyRoad is able to provide you with the best possible service and give high quality results.
